Refunds, privacy and safety
The short, plain version of how we look after you.
Refunds and returns
If something's wrong with your clicker, for example a key doesn't click, a cap won't stay on, or we spelled it wrong, message us with a photo. We'll repair it, replace it or refund you, as the Australian Consumer Law requires. If it was posted, we'll cover the postage for a faulty item. Our guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law can't be excluded, and they apply to every clicker we sell.
Personalised clickers are made to order with your word, name and colours. That's why we check the spelling and colours with you before you pay. We can't offer change-of-mind returns on personalised clickers. Your rights for a faulty clicker or a mistake we made are always the same.

Lost or damaged in the post: every parcel is tracked. If tracking shows it hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged, message us and we'll sort it out with Australia Post. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't be left out of pocket.
Can't collect your order? Let us know and we'll find another pickup time, or post it to you (postage at cost). If we can't reach you within 30 days of your order being ready, we'll refund you.
How refunds are paid
- Card payments are refunded to the same card through Stripe. The refund usually shows on your statement about 5–10 business days later, depending on your bank.
- PayID payments are refunded by PayID or bank transfer.
- Cash is refunded in cash or by bank transfer.
Card payments
Website orders are paid by card through Stripe's secure payment page: with the Pay button for one clicker, or with a payment link we send after we've confirmed your order, through a payment link we send after we've confirmed your order. We only send payment links to people who ordered through this website. We never send payment links to Facebook Marketplace buyers, who pay by PayID or cash.
We never see or store your full card number, and we'll never ask for card details in a message. We don't add a card surcharge.
Privacy
We're a small family business, and we only collect what we need to make and deliver your order.
- What we collect: your first name, your order details, the name on your payment, the email address you give Stripe for your receipt, and your postal address if we're posting to you. These come from your messages to us and from our payment records.
- Card payments go through Stripe's secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles card details under its own privacy policy.
- Who sees it: only us, Stripe (to take your payment), our accountant (for our records and tax), and Australia Post if we're posting your order. We never sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't send marketing unless you ask us to.
- How long we keep it: payment records for 5 years, because the tax rules require it. Postal addresses only until your parcel has arrived safely. Order messages for up to 2 years.
- This website doesn't collect anything. It has no forms that send data, no cookies and no tracking. Nothing you type in the clicker designer is saved. Your order only reaches us when you press send in Messenger yourself.

Product safety
Warning: small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
- Our clickers are a desk fidget, not a toy. They're for ages 3 and up, and suit school-age kids, teens and adults best. The keycaps are small parts and can come off, so keep them away from babies, toddlers and younger brothers and sisters.
- They have no batteries or lights.
- Every key is click-tested and every cap pull-tested before it's packed.

Postage and pickup
Pickup is free, by arrangement in [area]. We share the pickup details only after your pickup is agreed.

Postage: Australia-wide by Australia Post Parcel Post, at cost: $10.55 for up to 3 clickers. You pay postage upfront with your order. Larger orders: message us for a price.

All prices are in Australian dollars.
Design credit
The clicker design is shared under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) licence. We sell printed clickers, not the design files. Our product images and the designer's drawings are based on this design and are shared under the same CC BY-SA licence.
